This Portland based duo forms an alternative sound that balances sibling-blood­-harmonies with their instrumental ensemble of guitars, mandolin, harmonicas and percussion. They are known for charming and energetic performances that blend singer­songwriter styles with folk, rock, pop and blues.

Her new set, devoted to songstresses of the 1960s, features tunes associated with such era definers as Janis Joplin, Dusty Springfield, Tina Turner, Carole King, Lesley Gore, Dionne Warwick and Shirley Bassey.

My Musical Heroes

In this new show, singer-pianist Billy Stritch pays tribute to the musical icons who have influenced his style. In addition to Mel Torme and Cy Coleman, Billy will include his treatments of songs by some giants he's been fortunate to know (including Jule Styne, Burton Lane, Stephen Sondheim and Antonio Carlos Jobim) plus selections by Hoagy Carmichael, Johnny Mercer, Jerome Kern and many more.

Antonio Trionfo

Praised for his "spellbinding" performances with "authoritative intellect" by the Santa Barbara Voice after his performance of the Jolivet Concerto with the Music Academy of the West Festival Orchestra, flutist Anthony Trionfo will make his recital debuts this spring on the Young Concert Artists Series at the Kennedy Center and in New York City's Merkin Concert Hall as well as in Brownville!
